Orders can be picked up in person from the store, after you have received notification it is ready for collection. Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online), the credit card used for your purchase, and a form of photo ID.

Please allow up to 7 working days for collection notification, we may need to order this item in for you. If your order is on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. Items on backorder may take longer than 7 working days.


Please call or email the store 07 49726660 to receive a freight quote for your order - please include your full exact delivery address.  The algorithm used to calculate the freight on our website is very basic, so for larger / heavier / multiple items, it is more accurate if we manually calculate it for you.


When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and collection/ tracking details. 


Products returned due to customers changing their mind, is not a valid claim under Australian Consumer Law Due to this, change of mind returns will be at the discretion of the store and will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met - within 7 days; if items have not been used; are in original condition; packaging is not damaged; you have a receipt; items were not discounted; were not a special order for you.

An Eftpos &/or restocking fee will be charged if money is to be refunded, but not if product is exchanged for stock or store credit.  Not all banks return the credit to your account immediately, some taking a few days.


If you feel your product isn't working as it should, contact your products customer support number as they may be able to assist you, without you having to leave your home.  Always keep a note of your case number in case you need to refer to it later.

If customer support decide that your product has a manufacturing fault, you must return the item for inspection to us within warranty period with proof of purchase. Products may have to be returned to supplier or authorised repair agent for evaluation. After evaluation, we will contact you and advise of the remedy under ACCC (Australian competition & consumer commission) guarantee law. Remedy can include, repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. 

However if it is determined that the fault was related to misuse, human error, general wear and tear, and or environmental factors including liquid ingress, the store will advise that there are no grounds to claim under guarantee, and a inspection fee may be charged.  We may be able to provide a quote for replacement or repair by supplier.

Irrespective of what the type or severity of the product fault/ defect is, or what remedy is chosen, we have an obligation to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Kit Warranty

Most kits are successfully constructed with few problems; however, once the kit is under construction all warranty is void, as we cannot guarantee assembler's workmanship or components that have been used.

Freight Charges Relating to Warranty Items

Freight charges for warranty repairs or replacement of goods to and from the service department are required to be paid by the customer.

For products considered doubtful to be covered under warranty, a deposit will be charged to cover cost of freight and handling before we send the product away.  Should the item be repaired or replaced under warranty, the deposit will be refunded when you collect your product.


Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online) and the credit card used for your purchase at our store within 7 days of delivery, where our store staff will be happy to assist you. Please note that the cardholder name must be identical to the name on the order confirmation and a form of photo ID must be presented.
