While we are still experiencing supply delays due to COVID-19 and staff shortages in all areas, manufacturers producing the parts to make the products, shipping and local deliveries & warehouses, are way behind schedule.  We are sorry to say that it looks like the situation won't return to normal for awhile. 
How will this affect Leading Edge Gladstone Hi-Fi? At the moment we can assume that all or most of our incoming shipments will experience delays. Unfortunately our incoming order schedule can only be considered a guide at this point in time. We ask that all of our valued customers purchase or order stock ASAP, especially for Christmas, birthdays & trips to avoid disappointment.

How long will it be before I can collect my Web order? Stock may be available for same day collection. However processing of orders can take up to 7 days, based on stock availability. You will be notified via email when your item is ready for collection in store. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions, please feel free to contact us anytime to know the status of your order.

Will I get an invoice for my order? Yes you will receive an invoice with your product.

Can I cancel my order?  Yes, If it has not been sent from the supplier already.

If it's a special order or we are sending the goods to you and have processed the freight label, then no you can't.
