Collection, Warranty & Returns
DELIVERY
Orders can be picked up in person from the store, after you have received notification it is ready for collection. Simply show your online receipt (this was emailed to you when you placed your order online) and a form of photo ID.
Please allow up to 7 working days for collection notification, we may need to order this item in for you. If your order is on backorder, you will be contacted via email with details of your backorder item. Items on backorder may take longer than 7 working days.
FREIGHT
Please call or email the store 07 49726660 and advise your full delivery address to receive a freight quote for your order. The algorithm used to calculate the freight on our website is very basic, so for larger / heavier / multiple items, it is more accurate if we manually calculate it for you. It is your responsibility to insure your order, as we don't take responsibility for mishandled, lost or stolen parcels.
ORDER TRACKING
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and collection/ tracking details.
