
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged.
Full manufacturers warranty applies to all products sold, unless advised otherwise at time of purchase and has been documented on your receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Returns/Refunds for Change of Mind Products are not accepted. (Change of mind reason include but not limited to - No longer needed, the product it was replacing isn't faulty, it's not long enough, I've purchase/been given a similar/same item, it's not suitable/wrong size/wrong length, I found my original one)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned which include (but not limited to)Batteries, Headphones of any type, Health and personal care items, Power transformers/supplies, Microphones, Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards and vouchers of any type, Lengths of cable cut to order, Special orders, Books & Downloadable software products.
Once your return is received and inspected and proved to be in it's original unopened and unused condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will email you ASAP of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24hrs of approval and a copy of the refund docket will be emailed to you.
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 day, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed by your bank.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty items.
If you are experiencing problems with your product, contact the manufacturers customer support centre & speak with their technical assistance to assist you with setting up or to help find a solution.
If the product is deemed to have a manufacturer’s defect and is under warranty, ask them for the case number and instructions to return it to them or their nearest repair centre for fixing. The cost of returning the scanner to the repair centre is the responsibility of the customer.
Alternatively, return the item to us for inspection and processing it back to the manufacturers service centre. Please provide all case numbers and full and clear details of the fault.
Products returned No Fault Found (NFF) will incur handling and return freight charges.
All products have a "return to base” warranty (buyer returns them to the place of purchase)
