2N6027 TO-92 Programmable Unijunction Transistor (PUT)
The 'Programmable Unijunction Transistor' allows the designer to program unijunction characteristics by merely selecting two resistor values. Applications include thyristor-triggering, oscillator, pulse and timing circuits. This device may also be used in special thyristor applications due to the availability of an anode gate. Uses common TO-92 package for high-volume requirements.
