Conditions of Free Item via Redemption

To be eligible to claim the free item via redemptions, Customers must:

  1. Purchase a brand new Equinox 900, SDC 2300 or X-Terra Pro from a Minelab Certified Dealer (Australian Certified Dealers only) in the specified period (or while stocks last).
  2. Complete the Redemption Claim Form on the links provided below & in the attached Terms & Conditions, & upload an image of their valid tax invoice (from the Dealer) along with an image of the Serial Number (located on the bottom of the Control Box), by the dates specified below.
  3. Minelab will send a confirmation of receipt to your email address, which you need to retain as proof of submission.

Once Minelab have received submissions, Minelab will validate each claim.  Once approved, Minelab will send the redeemed item directly to your Customer’s address (provided in the claim form).  In cases where your Customer cannot provide a valid address, or direct shipping is not available, Minelab will freight the redeemed item to their chosen Minelab Dealer for their collection.
