Retail Sales Assistant

About you
You will be reliable, self-motivated, have great work ethics, communication and recall skills. Previous retail sales & customer service experience will be an advantage.  Ideally, you are also an innovative and tech passionate person with an enthusiastic interest in electronic products & the desire to gain in-depth knowledge of these products. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers.
• Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers.
• Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards.
• Stock recovery.
• General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience.
• Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience.

Experience required:

• Interest in technology and electronics.
• Retail sales & customer service experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills. 
  
• A high standard of personal presentation.
• Excellent computer skills.
