Refund policy

Refunds and returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but all of our products come with a manufacturers warranty.

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

    If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

    Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as batteries), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal goods (such as headphones, health products, microphones etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, spray cans or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or vouchers.

Exchanges
All exchanges and returns must be returned to our store in original condition, and at your expense.

Refunds
Refunds will be returned in same form as paid (i.e eftpos, cash, direct deposit etc). Please allow for 7 business days for your bank to refund your money to cards.  If paid by Eftpos or Web purchase, a fee will be charged for all refunds for change of mind / incorrect choice etc unless a gift voucher is accepted.
